Principle
The working principle of the three-blade Roots blower is similar to that of the two-blade type, that is, two "8"-shaped three-blade rotors are driven by synchronized gears to rotate in the cylinder without direct contact. However, since there are three blades on each rotor, there are three suction and exhaust motions during each complete revolution. Such structural features reduce gas pulsation and make the air flow more continuous and stable. In addition, the three-blade Roots blower forms a vacuum state on the intake side. The air enters the intake chamber under the action of atmospheric pressure, and is then continuously brought to the exhaust chamber by the sealed chamber, and then the gas is squeezed out by the intermeshing rotors, thus Realize the continuous transportation of gas from the air inlet to the air outlet.
